Once you have this determined it will be very easy for you to find Real Estate Agents that will be able to work within your investing guidelines.

Having a good agent on your team will eliminate a lot home searching for you, so you can focus on locating your buyers.

A good agent will give you specific properties that fit your guidelines, develop your offers, meet your contractor at the house to get a rehab budget, and some might even be the project manager.

Get started today, by laying a foundation of what you are investing guidelines are and then find the real estate agents in your area that you can begin to interview.
