Are you doing struggling to make money as a real estate investor?

You are not alone over 98.6% of people who try to succeed as an investor do not do it and it breaks down to one simple challenge.

Creating a fortune as a real estate investor is one of the easiest things to do if you have the right pieces in place!

If not you will end up floundering around and eventually broke just like 98.6% of the people that start out in this business.

It is very easy to not to fail, but you have to take the right steps to getting started and that involves alot of pieces that matter, such as…

• Wholesaling
• Private Lending
• Team Building
• Deal Structure
• Marketing (that works)
• and much, much more…

You must get a handle on these things within your business and you must do it now.

Here is a Action Step that you should write out today if you want to make big money with REO properties.

You need to determine the ideal properties that you are going to be buying.

1. What price points do you want to be dealing with
2. How much rehab do you want to deal with
3. Are you going to sell the deal
4. Are you going to keep it as a hold
5. How do you want to buy the deal

You get my drift, you need to be as specific as possible.

Once you have this determined it will be very easy for you to find Real Estate Agents that will be able to work within your investing guidelines.

Having a good agent on your team will eliminate a lot home searching for you, so you can focus on locating your buyers.

Buyers make you money!

A good agent will give you specific properties that fit your guidelines, develop your offers, meet your contractor at the house to get a rehab budget, and some might even be the project manager.

Get started today, by laying a foundation of what you are investing guidelines are and then find the real estate agents in your area that you can begin to interview.
